06 Month LUX Plan

Duration: A 6-month period.
The LUX Plan, in addition to including the usual face masks, incorporates 2 packs from high-end and selected limited-edition brands, available exclusively in this LUX Box. A combination of effectiveness, quality, and a more complete sensory skincare experience.
Each month, you will receive: ・One box with 3 packs (1 usual mask+2 high-end brands) of face masks, with each pack generally containing 5 to 7 individual, ready-to-use masks. ・14 collagen or placenta jelly sticks(for two weeks) to help maintain skin elasticity, improve hydration, and strengthen the skin barrier.
What makes our system special is variety: the packs or brands included in your box are selected randomly and strategically, allowing you to explore different textures, ingredients, and skin benefits every month.
1. Subscription Cancellation
Please note that any payment made for your boxes and services is final and non-refundable.
At the end of the contracted period, the subscription will automatically expire. No additional charges will be applied, and no further shipments will be made unless the user purchases a new plan.
Cancellations made after the start of the contracted period do not entitle the user to a refund for any portion of that period.
2. Non-Refundable Products
For reasons of hygiene, safety, and sanitary control, the products (facial masks) are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
Returns will not be accepted for minor variations in packaging or design, provided such variations do not affect product quality.
3. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be requested only in exceptional cases, such as shipping issues or failures directly attributable to NUBE.
NUBE will ship the boxes within the timeframes established under the subscribed plan.
The international shipping cost is calculated in a simple and transparent manner: the duration of your subscription plan is multiplied by the shipping cost applicable to your destination country.
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 4 business days after payment for both the products and shipping has been confirmed. All orders from our online store are shipped directly from Tokyo, Japan.
Shipping documentation will declare the contents as “merchandise” and will include the actual purchase value.
If a package is held by customs, the User shall be responsible for handling any related procedures, taxes, and charges.
Transit time is typically range from 5 to 14 business days. However, depending on the destination, customs procedures, or other factors, delivery may take up to 1 month. We recommend planning accordingly.
Depending on your country’s regulations, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival at local customs. If you are concerned about potential additional charges, we recommend reviewing your country’s import regulations before placing an order. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.
During the term of your subscription plan, you may receive the same type or brand of face masks in some shipments. Even so, our team carefully plans a balanced and thoughtful rotation to ensure you always have the opportunity to discover new options.
